• Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (powered by cypheros.uk) or by calling 01256 322973.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation or need to rebook.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments where necessary, and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Fees and Payment

• Our travel health services are private (non-NHS) and subject to fees as listed on our pricing page.
• Prices are subject to change. The price applicable is the price at the time of your appointment.
• A consultation fee applies to all appointments and is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major debit/credit cards and cash payments.
